Thank you for choosing BlackBriar! We're thrilled to have you on board. We know that sometimes, being a valued customer, you would like to exchange or request a refund. If you're thinking about exchanging or getting a refund for your BlackBriar purchase, no worries at all. We've got your back and want to make the process as friendly and easy as possible.
If you decide to exchange/refund the product within 14 days of purchase, as long as it's still in perfect condition, we are happy to exchange or provide you a 100% refund.
It's simple! Just remember to follow these few easy steps to ensure everything goes smoothly:
- No traces of product usage
- No damage on the package and product
- No missing product labels
- Provide proof of purchase
Product Defect
A product is considered defective if it does not meet its performance, manufacturing, or design specifications. An example would be a backpack buckle that comes undone while under a normal load. This does not include issues such as fit or sizing, or damage caused by neglect or misuse. See below for a list of exclusions.
Not covered:
- Fading colors, logos, and markings due to use
- Cuts, burns, abrasions, tears, or stains
- Packed out insulation
- Poor or incorrect fit
- Items bought used
- Product that has been modified or altered by a person or an entity other than BlackBriar
- Apparel that has been altered, tailored, or otherwise modified by a person or an entity other than BlackBriar
- Certain zipper damage is non-repairable
- Loss of water repellency treatments
Please, when returning for exchange or requesting a full refund, we ask for all the goodies that came with your purchase such as packaging, labels, accessories, and proof of purchase.
A shipping charge will be deducted for the refund and in case you want to exchange your product, please register for refund and re-purchase the product you want. The shipping charge will be calculated depending on the location and will be informed to you.
How to request for refund:
- Visit our Contact Us page and request for refund. The Order Number must be included.
- We will send you a refund slip with necessary information and inform you with the shipping cost through email. Our shipping partner is UPS.
- Print and attach the refund slip on the box and send it to us via UPS.
- We will check the status of the product.
- We will refund the amount excluding the shipping cost.
