Where We Ship
BlackBriar USA offers shipping to all USA states, territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
All orders must be shipped to a valid physical address. We do not currently support shipping to P.O. Boxes.
Processing
We process orders during our normal business hours.
Unless otherwise stated, please allow 2 business days for us to process your order. Orders received before 1PM PDT are usually shipped on the same day.
We try to fulfill orders quickly, but sometimes life throws us a curveball. If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email.
Shipping Rates & Timing
BlackBriar USA is pleased to offer customers free shipping on all orders above $100. Please remember that processing your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.
BlackBriar USA has multiple shipping rates, depending on the product or the chosen shipping method. The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information so you can check in on its delivery. You can also track your order on our website's page, Track Your Order.
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
In our attempt to process and ship your order as fast as possible, orders cannot be changed or canceled after they are placed. We want to get people out on the mountain with their new gear as quickly as possible, so we begin processing orders as soon as they are received. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it has entered the system. This policy applies to all orders placed on myblackbriar.com.
When will my order ship?
All Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Once the order has shipped from the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
